to find out a number when your given a number and what percent of that number it is you just want to divide the given number by percentage given then multiply by 100 so in this case it would be
10/5 = 2
2*100= 200
so 10 is five percent of 200

set it up like this:
10/x = 5/100 %
Cross multiply
100 * 10= 1000
1000/5=
200
