State B: 14 12 10 13 15 14 11 15 16

Part A: Create a five-number summary and calculate the interquartile range for the two sets of data.
Part B: Are the box plots symmetric? Justify your answer.

I would not consider them to be symmetric. Each section represents 25% of the data and it is obvious from the graphs that the quartiles are not symmetric
