the y-intercept is when the y-coordinate is at 0 or when x=0
so set x to 0

y=11(9^x)+3
anything to the 0 power=1 so
y=11(1)+3
y=11+3
y=14

y=11(9^0)+3\\ y=11\cdot1+3\\ y=14

The y-intercept is
(0,14)
