The answer I got was the loss is an inevitable part of life, and grief is a natural part of the healing process. The reasons for grief are many, such as the loss of a loved one, the loss of health, or the letting go of a long-held dream. Dealing with a significant loss can be one of the most difficult times in a person´s life.

The five stages of grief are:

1) Denial

2) Anger

3) Bargaining

4) Depression

5) Acceptance.

Explanation:

The stages of grief and lamentation are universal and are practiced by folks from all walks of life, across several cultures. Lamentation happens as a result to an individual’s own terminal unhealthiness, the loss of a deep relationship, or to the death of a beloved person, or animal. The 5 stages of loss don't essentially happen in any specific order. We frequently move between stages before attaining a a lot of calm acceptance of death. Several folks aren't afforded the posh of your time needed to attain this last of grief.
