a) Cost a book: $3.95

Cost of shipping: $6.95

Then, first we subtract the shipping cost

100-6.95=93.05

This is $93.05 and we divide by the cost of each book

(93.05)/(3.95)=23.56

This is 23 books

Answer: 23

b) Answer: First you will subtract $6.95 and you will get 93.05

Then you will divide 93.05 by 3.95 and get 23.
