How do you stop from wantin hurting someone?

Just take deep breaths and relax. If you're angry about something, write it down or take your anger out on something else, not a living thing. You may feel really upset now but you will feel better later. If you don't, you will probably regret it. Try to reach out for help or talk to someone. You can message me if you want to talk about whatever happened, it will be okay
