How Are Molecules in a solid different from molecules in a liquid?

They are different because a solid molecules is a molecule that is close and tighten up. And a liquid molecule can change the way it is for example if you put water in a cup it changes its measurements (height or length) from a cup to a bowl. And they are not as tight as soild molecules. Liquid molecules have more space.

molecule is a solid are more tightly packed (that's why they form a solid) and molecules id liquid are more loosely packed (that's why they form a liquid)
