if your wearing red were should you go and if your wearing neon red why shouldn't you go

Well I can answer part of this question, neon red isn't the right color to be wearing and the other part, I don't know because why would you be wearing red in the first place? Until I know that, I can't fully answer your question nor know what the color red has to do with any of this.
