How do I solve 12-[(3²x4)-30]

First you do
(3^2x4) which equals =36
Secondly you do
[36-30] which equals = 6

Then you take out the brackets
12-6 which equals =6

Here is the whole thing:
=12-[(9x4)-30]
=12-[36-30]
=12-6
=-6

start with the first parenthesis wich is 3 two and 4 the exponent of the 3 means 3 three time so it would be 9 x 3 and that is 27 the move to the next parenthesis which is -30 so 27 minus 30 is 3 so three is your anwser
