How many paper clips are in 56 inches?
56 divide by 7/8 = 56x8/7 = 64
Each clip cost $0.03 so cost is 64x$0.03 = $1.92

To find the number of paperclips, divide 56 by 7/8 to give 64. Multiply this by 0.03 to give a total cost of $1.92
