They are both running at the same speed.Let me explain mathematicallyLets set up a unit rate.We want to know how many miles they all ran in 1 minute. Izzy did 2 1/4 divided by 15 which gives point 15 miles.Julia did 3 3/4 divided by 25 witch gives Point 15After that you can see who ran faster.you can convert it per minute instead of hours. you will get the same answer
