H(n)= -2n+4; find h(4)

h(4) means you have to substitute 4 in for h. So the equation becomes H(4)=-2(4) + 4. You don't technically have to have the H(4) part in there when you work the equation. Use PEMDAS:
-2(4)+4
-2 x 4 = -8
-8 + 4
=-4
So, -4 is the answer. :)
