point-slope form:
y=mx+b
m=slope
b=y-intercept
In this function:
y=12+10x ⇒y=10x+12; the slope is : m=10.

In this function:
y=10x+12;
b=12 is the amount of money with which you are beginning.
m=10 represents the amount of money you are adding to your wallet each week.

Answer: B) the slope represents the amount of money you are adding to your wallet each week.
