Answer: b. Pacific and Atlantic Oceans

When body of air of a particular region or location reflects the temperature and other climatic condition of land and water is called as air mass. The air exchanges heat with the land or water, until the temperature of the air matches with that of the surface below it. A maritime polar air mass is the air mass that forms over the northern Atlantic and the northern Pacific oceans. This is responsible for bringing cold air mass to these two oceans.
