56=-10+2x
Move the variable towards the left side and transition it’s sign in this problem
-2x+56=-10
Move the constant heading towards the right side and proceed to put a transition within it’s sign
-2x=-10-56
Now that you have that installed, you must calculate the difference here
-2x=-66
Now you divide -2 in both sides that has taken place in
x=33, therefore x=33 in 56=-10+2x

To check you can do 56=-10+2(33) and it will give you the right answer
