Describe the differences among lines, half-lines, rays, and line segmentsChoose the correct answer below.O A. Lines extend infinitely in both directions. Half-lines and rays are different in that they only extend infinitely in one direction. There is no difference betweenhalf-lines and rays Line segments do not extend infinitely in either direction, but are portions of a line that include their endpointsOB. Rays extend infinitely in both directions. Half-lines and lines are different in that they only extend infinitely in one direction. The difference between half-linesand lines is that half-lines are half as long as lines. Line segments do not extend infinitely in either direction, but are portions of a line that include theirendpointsO C. Lines extend infinitely in both directions. Half-lines and rays are different in that they only extend infinitely in one direction. The difference between half-linesand rays is that rays include their endpoint, while half-lines do not. Line segments do not extend infinitely in either direction, but are portions of a line thatinclude their endpoints

line: we can say that a line is an infinitely thin, infinitely long collection of points extending in two opposite directions.

half line: a straight line extending from a point indefinitely in one direction only.

ray: is a part of a line that has one endpoint and goes on infinitely in only one direction.

line segment: is a part of a line between two endpoints

therefore the answer is C
