Their exact words were :
Search warrants no less could be required where intrusions into the human body are concerned.
This rule will be extremely needed if a case of Medical Emergency happened to the victim

I think you forgot to give the choices along with the question. I am answering the question based on my knowledge and research. In Schmerber v.
