The first step is to find the slope intercept form of all the given equations, to do it, solve each equation for y:

\begin{gathered} y+4x=6 \\ y=-4x+6 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} 4x+y=6 \\ y=-4x+6 \end{gathered}
y=-4x+6
\begin{gathered} -4x+y=6 \\ y=4x+6 \end{gathered}

The equations that have a slope of -4 and pass throug (0,6) (y intercept) are the first, the second and the third one.
