v² = u²+2as
2as = v²-u²
s = (v²-u²)/2a

v² = u² + 2as
v² - u² = 2as
2as = v² - u²
Divide both sides by 2a
2as/2a = (v² - u²)/2a
s = (v² - u²)/2a
I hope this helps.
