Answer:

the answer is c

Explanation:

5x-2y=11

-5x to 5x and 11

-2y=-5x+11

divide -2 to -2, 5x, and 11

y= -5/2+11/-2

-5/2 is the slope but -2/5 is the slope of a line perpendicular

5x-2y=11\\\\y=ax+b\\\\ Line\ is\ perpendicular when\ new\ a=-(1)/(a_1)\\\\ -2y=11-5x\ \ \ | divide\ by\ -2\\\\ \boxed{y=(5)/(2)x-(11)/(2)}\\\\Solution\ is\ D
