9|9-8x|=2x+3

As there is mod, there would be two solutions, one for +ve value and other for -ve value....It will lead into either

1) 9(9-8x)=2x+3 OR
2) 9(9-8x)=-(2x+3)
Now,
1)9(9-8x)=2x+3
81-72x=2x+3
74x=78
x=39/37

2)9(9-8x)=-(2x+3)
81-72x=-2x-3
70x=84
x=6/5

So, x would be either 39/37 or 6/5
