You build one raised garden box that is 12 feet by 6 feet and 10 inches tall. the supply store sells garden soil in cubic yards.-how many cubic yards of soil will you need to fill the boxes? you may disregard the thickness of the wood. -if soil is priced at $5 per cubic yard, how much will it cost to fill your boxes?

You build one raised garden box that is 12 feet by 6 feet and 10 inches tall. the supply store sells garden soil in cubic yards.
The volume of box is 12 *6 * 10/12 = 60 ft3(1 in =1/12ft)
and 1yd3 = 27ft3
= 60/27 = 20/9 = 2,22 cupid yards
Price of soils = $5 * 2.22 = $11.11
