the difference between collaboration and plagiarism is that when you plagiarize you are considered stealing someone else's work verbatim and not giving them any credit at all; whereas collaboration is when you're given permission to work with another student and to use each others words to finish the assignment (but it's only considered collaboration if its done completely together by all students involved and not just one).

The difference between plagiarism and collaboration is when you plagiarism you copy or paste (WHICH I DID NOT DO) but when you collaboration it is taking your own idea with someone's else and collaborate with it.
