divide first by 4
x+1>-1
add 1
x>0


2x-4≤-10
add 4 both sides
2x≤-6
divide 2
x≤-3


x>0 or x≤-3
basically

all numbers more than 0 or less than or equal to -3

(-∞,-3]U(0,∞)
