f(x) = 4/5 (x + 4)
g(x) = 4x + 5
g(f(x)) = 4(4/5 (x + 4)) + 5 = 16/5 (x + 4) + 5
g(f(15)) = 16/5 (15 + 4) + 5 = 16/5 (19) + 5 = 60.80 + 5 = 65.80
