for a circle with center (h,k) and radius, r
the equaiton is

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2

so

center=(5,2), radius=3

(x-5)^2+(y-2)^2=3^2

(x-5)^2+(y-2)^2=9

Equation of the circle;

(x-a)^(2) + (y-b)^(2) = r^(2)
a=5, b=2 and r= 3

(x-5)^(2) + (y-2)^(2) = 3^(2)
