you have to find the least coomen multiple to get the answer. you have a choice to do a venn diagram, ladder method or a factor tree. what I did was list down the multiples of 6 and 9. After I did that I got an answer of 18. That is your answer to your problem. The shutters will leave together at 6:00 A.M (double check beacause I was having a hard time trying to answer this question for u) I hope u get this right
bye and your welcome

I think collegerocksmath has the right idea but if the least common multiple is 18. Then the shuttle will be leaving together every 18 minutes. So they would leave together again at 4:18pm.
Another easy way would be to make a list of the times the shuttle would leave and then find the matching pair of times.
Shuttle A leaves every 6 minutes so:
4:00pm
4:06pm
4:12pm
4:18pm
4:24pm
Shuttle B leaves every 9 minutes so:
4:00pm
4:09pm
4:18pm
4:27pm
I did 1 extra time in each so that you can see that the time that matched would be 4:18pm and why that would be so.
Hope this helps!
