1/4 of 2/5= 2/20 or 1/10

It's asking what fraction are red guppies and it's telling us that 2/5 of the tank is made up of guppies and out of that 2/5, 1/4 of them are red. So you would have to figure out what 1/4 of 2/5 is to find out how many red guppies there are.
