so the slope is 1 (m=1)

0=1(1)+b

0=1+b subtract 1

-1=b (b=-1)

3. y=mx+b plug in numbers. ( in bold)

y=1x-1

your answer is y=x-1

2. use the formula y-y1=m(x-x1) (y1 and x1 is with the 1 below the letters BTW)

plug in (1,0)

y-0=1(x-1)

y=1x-1

now we sub and solve for b, the y int
0 = 1(1) + b
0 = 1 + b
