because paleness of skin is due to anemia or lack of blood flow towards skin so it will be treated with medicine to increase blood pressure

i think the one that most likely cause the pallor in this patient is : Anemia

Pallor refer to a condition of pale skin. For caucasian person, red blood cells will give a bright healthy color for their skin. If they got anemia, the amount of red blood cells are reduced and causing a skin pallor
