Before i close for the night. a simple probability problem. a car rental company has 18 compact cars and 12 midsize cars. if 4 cars are to be selected at random, what is the probability of getting 2 cars of each type?

 the probability  of getting 2 cars of each type is likely but in a fraction it is 3/4 or 75%

The probability of getting 2 of each type is:

P(2\ of\ each\ type)=(18C2*12C2)/(30C4)=0.3685
