The ratio of h to g is

(g)/(h)=(0.25)/(4)

Therefore, when h = 0.3

(g)/(0.3)=(0.25)/(4)

multiplying both sides by 0.3 gives

g=(0.25)/(4)\cdot0.3
\begin{gathered} g=0.01875=(3)/(160) \\ \end{gathered}
