Fungi are eukaryotic saprophytic or parasitic organisms that are dependent on dead and decaying matter to obtain their food. Like, other eukaryotic organisms they exhibit membrane bound cell organelles. The range from single celled to multi cellular organisms. But bacteria are simple single celled prokaryotic organisms, they do not possess membrane bound organelles.
