Net ionic equation should be like this :
CH3COOH(aq) + OH- --> CH3COO- + H2O(l)
According to the fact that acetic acid is too weal and non-ionized, put CH3COOH,
Sr(OH)2 is not so strong but can dissolve therefore can ionize.
