From your home, the route to the store that passes the beach is 2 miles shorter than the route to the store that passes the park. What is the length of each route?

(X+2) 4x (2x+2) x

Then, distance of route passes the beach = x

Let the distance of route that passes the park = x+2

So, their sum would be: x+x+2 = 2x+2

So, option C Is your answer.......
