Every time Cody runs, he runs of a 3/6 of a mile. Whenever Arianna runs, she runs 4/6 of a mile. If Cody runs 4times a week, how many times must Arianna run to cover the same distance as Cody

First, we are going to calculate the total distance that Cody runs in a week as:

(3)/(6)\cdot4=(3\cdot4)/(6)=(12)/(6)=2

Because he runs 4 times a week and every time runs 3/6 of a mile.

It means that he runs 2 miles a week

Now, we need to calculate how many times Arianna runs to cover 2 miles.

So, we need to divide 2 by 4/6 of a mile as:

(2)/((4)/(6))=((2)/(1))/((4)/(6))=(2\cdot6)/(1\cdot4)=(12)/(4)=3

Therefore, she needs to run 3 times a week to cover 2 miles.

Answer: 3 times
