64 cups, but if you want the exact amount, it is 3r8

So I divided 56 by 16
56/16=3.5
You have 2 cups of sour cream for one batch. (16 fluid ounces)
Then you multiply 2 by 3.5.
2*3.5=7
7 cups of Sour Cream
