Use order of operation: PEMDAS. The first step to simply is to solve parentheses first. Add 28+52 the sum is 80. The next step is the subract 66. 80-66 is 14. The answer is 14. Hope this helps!

you need to follow PEMDAS which means that you would add 28 and 52 first because they are in parentheses then once you get that answer you need to subtract 66 from that. it would be 28+52= 80 then 80-66= your answer
