30 units

Explanation:

We can determine the perimeter which is the sum of all the sides of the triangle.

Side AB is 5 units. (3 + 2, we can see it in the graph)

Side BC is 12 units. (6 + 6, we can see it in the graph)

While we calculate side AC by means of the Pythagorean theorem, like this;


\begin{gathered} h^2=a^2+b^2 \\ \\ \text{ we replacing } \\ \\ AC^2=5^2+12^2 \\ \\ AC=√(25+144)=√(169) \\ \\ AC=13 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the perimeter would be:

p = 5 + 12 + 13

p = 30 units
