What does Indirect Signature Required mean? I am 13 years old, can I sign it?; It's an Ipod Touch, sent from FedEx

Best Answer: That would be for delivery of something that requires a signature. A direct signature means that you must sign for the package at the time of delivery. An indirect signature means that you can pre-authorize delivery without your signature at the time of delivery with the understanding that you take on all risk of theft for items left on the door step.
