Let

b--------> the length of the base of a triangle

h--------> the length of the height of a triangle

we know that

The area of a triangle is equal to

A=(1)/(2)* b*h

b=3+5h ------> equation
1

if the height is
h=6\ cm

then

Find the value of b

substitute in the equation
1

b=3+5*6=33\ cm

Find the area of the triangle

A=(1)/(2)* 33*6

A=99\ cm^(2)

therefore

the answer is

the area of the triangle is equal to
99\ cm^(2)
