Answer:

1. Who has power: Parliamentary vs. Presidential

How much power the government has: Confederate vs. Unitary

Where the Government's power is located: Representative vs. Direct Democracy

How power is distributed between the legislative and executive powers: Oligarchy vs. Totalitarian

2. To say that the United States has a federal system of government is to say that we have a separate legislative and excutive branch.

3. Oligarchy Representation. Divine Right Sovereignty. Totalitarian Fascism. Glasnost.

4. Winston Churchill was an opponent of Democracy. In his own government, he served as a dictator who ruled with an iron fist. He did not believe people deserved any rights.
