Why are ISIS's beliefs a valid part of Islamic religious practice?

(I am not from Iraq or Iran, and I am not a racist either) They don't particularly support this, it is one of the first things in the Quran. They mainly practice sacrificing. (As we pronounce it, unruly murder) They are mainly supporting what there God, Allah, commands/requests of them.
