The Middle Colonies grew grains such as Wheat, Rye, Oats, Barley, and Corn.Wheat could be ground for flour, both wheat and flour could be sold in the colonies or in Europe. The Crops in the Southern Colonies were tobacco, indigo, cotton, and rice.
