You have made a mistake.
S - V - IO ( Subject + Verb + Object ) is wrong answer.
This is a structure:
S - V - N ( Subject + Verb + Noun )
Other examples are:
- My father is a doctor.
- She is my sister.
Answer: C ) s - v - n

I agree with the person above. The sentence It is a hybrid car is SVN. Subject (It) - verb (is) - noun (a hybrid car).
Since the verb to be is not a transitive verb, the phrase a hybrid car cannot be an object of any kind. And since it is a noun phrase, it cannot be an adjective either, which means that SVN is the correct answer.
