7(x+2) is what we are comparing to

7(2+x) is always the same - we just changed the order of the terms inside the parentheses

14x+7 is sometimes the same - it will be equal when x=1

7x+14 is always the same - we distributed the 7 to each term inside the parentheses

7+14 is sometimes the same - it is only true when x=1

7x+2 is never true - 14 is never equal to 2

7(x+1) is never true - (x+2) is never equal to (x+1)
