the answer is 383,000 because the hundreds is in the 900's so you can't just put 382,1,000 so the thousands place would have to go up one thousand so now the 2 becomes a 3 and the hundreds, tens, and ones place become 0's.

Hundredth is the second decimal place so it should round to 382.99
