Liver mortis reaches its maximum around 8-12 hours after death
Actually, the patches started to increase between 3-6 hours, but it reached its maximum point within the first 8-12 hours

Livor mortis starts within 20-30 minutes and increases for the next 3-6 hours. It then reaches its maximum between 8 to 12 hours after death.
