In general, wider ranges indicate more variable data.

Regarding data set A, notice that the length of the box is equal to 81-53=28, while the length of the box of data set B is 91-78=13.

Therefore, as for box size, data set B is less variable than A.

On the other hand, comparing the whisker length,
