First, you change 75% into a decimal which would be .75
Second, you then change the decimal into a fraction by doing 75/100 and simplifying. (or well at least that is the answer i can give you in 40 seconds bc dang this timer is going fast)

You answer is C. 3/4. If you have 4 quarters how much do you have? A dollar. If you have three quarters how much do u have? 75 cents same thing with percentages.
